About my Gift products

All of my GIFT PRODUCTS are made in limited numbers using images from my own artwork, making each one a unique gift from the Orkney Islands. All of these items come  direct to you from my studio in Kirkwall, Orkney.

SMALL ROUND HANGING ORNAMENTS

Each of my ceramic round hanging ornaments are handmade here at my studio using the substration technique of adding my printed artwork with a heatpress. They are 75mm in diameter and 3mm deep. Each one has a glossy finish and is printed with one of my own images on the front. The back is titled and signed. Each hanger comes with a matching coloured ribbon for hanging.

GLASS COASTERS

 My glass coasters are 100X100mm in size and 4mm thick and are printed using my own artwork and the substration process here at my studio in Kirkwall.  Each coaster has four gel feet underneath.

CERAMIC TILES

My ceramic tiles are made here at my studio in Kirkwall using my own artwork and the substration technique, each one has a beautiful glossy finish and cork backing. Medium size tiles are 150X150mm square and 6mm thick and large are 200X200mm square and 6mm thick. Each tile comes boxed in a re cycled craft box with lid. Perfect for any interior dining or living setting.

CERAMIC COASTERS

My  ceramic coasters are available in two shapes, Round at105mm in diameter and 4mm thick and square at 100X100mm and 4mm thick. All are made in my studio using the substration technique and have a glossy finish and cork backing. Each one is titled and signed on the cork back.

CORK BACKED COASTERS

My coasters are made by Judges products Ltd in the UK. Square coasters are size 95X95mm, 4mm deep. Long landscape shaped coasters are size 120X85mm, 4mm deep. All have a cork back and proctective matte surface. All coasters are available as single or in two different sets of four square coasters and one set of two long landscape shaped coasters.

2027 ORKNEY CALENDAR 

My A4 folded calendar has twelve different images  and consists of paintings from throughout a career of over 40years, including Orkney Landscapes, puffins and many other images. Each month has a matching calendar date page ready for you to add in all your appointments. My calendar is professionally printed by Artmachine Graphics Ltd - Orkney's One-Stop Shop for Creative Promotional Products , all calendars come with a white envelope and if  bought direct from my website are signed by myself, making them even more special!

FOLDED AND BLANK CARDS

A6 CARDS: My cards are printed in Orkney by Artmachine Graphics Ltd - Orkney's One-Stop Shop for Creative Promotional Products. Each card is size 145 X 100mm when folded and is blank inside, all cards come with a re cycled craft and can be purchased singly or in a re cycled box of six cards.  

LARGE SQUARE CARDS: My range of large blank and folded square cards are size 140X140mm and come with a re cycled craft envelope and are packed in a cellophane sleeve.

HANDMADE CANDLES

I have partnered with my daughter Elsa Tait Designs | Orkney.com  to make my candles which are hand poured in two sizes of  'mock' metal paint tins.  Each tin is wrapped with one of my own designs and comes in it's own craft cardboard box.  

CERAMIC MUGS

My new high quality ceramic mugs are handmade/substrated here at my studio in Orkney. They are ORCA Black Grade 11oz white mugs - a brand name that is famous for it's incredible coating and high-quality ceramic. These superior high quality mugs are very durable with great quality print results. In order to be given the Black Grade status, the mugs have to undergo a series of intense tests to test the thickness of the coating, integrity  and consistency of the shape of both the mug and handle. Every mug is dishwasherproof, food safety and is microwave safety. Sturdy eco friendly coloured boxes with lid are available to purchase along with your mug.

 SMALL FRAMED PRINTS My small framed prints are available in all of my card designs. Each design is mounted and framed/glazed in a white moulding. The overall size is 200X150mm. The frame can be stood on a shelf or hung on a wall. My on line gift cards can be purchased in a range of prices from £30 up to £100 and can be used to purchase any product on this website. Purchase the gift card on line for your friends and family and I will then send you a separate e mail with the gift card voucher code on it. You can print your voucher or e mail it direct to the reciever.They can then enter the discount code into thier shopping cart when purchasing thier gift.  This code can be used against more than one order until the amount is used up.
