It was wonderful to sit all alone for a couple of hours painting surrounded by the colony of gannets which nest on the high cliffs. I can hear the sound of the birds and the sea when I look at this painting, not forgetting the smell!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe overall framed and glazed size of this painting is 550X320mm. The image is 390X150mm and is mounted with a 50mm ivory mount.
