Original painting framed/Golden sunset, Orkney

An original mixed media painting by Orkney artist Jane Glue

This original artwork is based around an Orkney sunset. I have used a mixture of collage and acrylics with touches of gold leaf in this painting. This image was painted on to a thick canvas board and mounted on to a white backing with white box frame to match which I works with the painting very well.

Overall size of painting framed is 350X350mm. Image size is 305X305mm. The box moulding is 34mm deep and 12mm wide. The painting is signed on the image at the bottom left hand side, varnished and unglazed which helps enhance the lovely textures.
