Original painting framed/Sea colours

A mixed media original painting by Orkney artist Jane Glue

This mixed media work on board is painted with a mixture of acrylics and collage. I often think the sea around Orkney seems very busy! and it is the atmosphere of a noisy sea and waves that I have tried to show in this original. The overall size including the frame is 340X255mm. The painting is full of lots of lovely texture and has been varnished to protect it. The actual image size is 295X200 and it has been mounted on to a white backing with a border of 10mm. The wood box moulding is pure white and is 12mm wide and 30mm deep. This painting is signed and titled on the image.
