A hand finished and embellished print by Orkney artist Jane Glue.

This A3+ hand embellished and finished print is an overall size of 480X330mm. This image is printed on beautiful 'somerset enhanced' watercolour textured paper. This round painting was originally painted on to a round deckled edge heavy watercolour paper. The image is of the rough sea and waves at Birsay. The title comes from a poem by the Orkney poet Robert Rendall. The print has been hand painted with gesso, acrylic paint and finished with silver leaf which enhances the lovely textures of the image.
