Original painting/Beneath the waves

An original mixed media painting by Orkney artist Jane Glue.

Overall size framed and glazed 600X475mm, framed in a 30X30mm white wood box moulding. This beautifully textured abstract painting of beneath the waves with the colours and textures of seaweed interwoven with limpet shells has been created by using a mixture of gesso, acrylic paint, limpet shells and gold leaf on to a heavy white board panel which has been mounted on to an ivory mount board.
