Limited edition print/St Magnus Cathedral Abstract

A limited edition print from a watercolour painting by Orkney artist Jane Glue printed on C-Type Matt paper in three editions of 100 prints.

St Magnus cathedral can be a rather daunting subject due to its complicated architectural features and pink sandstone colours so I thought I would try something a bit different. On the rightside of the picture I have painted an image of the building with added details of the surrounding graveyard below and on the left side there is a main image of the Rose window and other interior details. Overall the painting has been blended together by using a stencilling technique.
