Original painting/Abstract Shoreline

An original mixed media painting by Orkney artist Jane Glue.

Overall size framed and glazed 600X475mm, framed in a 30X30mm white wood box moulding. This beautifully textured abstract painting was inspired by a visit to Rackwick on the island of  Hoy. The marks on the shoreline have been created with gesso, acrylic paint, limpet shells and gold leaf all painted on to a heavy white board panel which has been mounted on to an ivory mount board.
