The flowers by the green door in this image are foxgloves. This old house was where the late Edwin Harrold lived. Over the years he built up his garden with plants that were gifted by visitors from all over the world. You can still go and visit Happy valley in Stenness as it is now cared for by a local trust, and it is free!
