Limited edition print/Wild Cotton, South Faray

A limited edition print from an original watercolour painting by Orkney artist Jane Glue
printed on C-Type Matt paper in three editions of 100 prints.

 South Faray is an uninhabited island near the island of Hoy. I was lucky enough to visit there with friends who owned a sailing boat. The island is very beautiful and was covered in lots of wild grasses including this wild cotton or flax due to the lack of cultivation over many years.
