Limited edition print/Long blue landscape

A limited edition print from an original watercolour painting by Orkney artist Jane Glue
printed on C-Type Matt paper in an edition of 100 prints.

I really like the long shape of this image of the low lying Orkney landscape. I have kept the picture simple, only using two colours, Indigo blue and Sap green. The secret to the image is how much paint is added to the watercolour wash with more pigment being used in the top area of the sky which is also reflected into the sea below.
