Limited edition print/Orkney abstract

A limited edition print from an acrylic painting by Orkney artist Jane Glue printed on C-Type Matt paper in editions of four editions of100 prints.

I don't normally paint in a very large size but I did enjoy working on this big picture. I didn't have any particular landscape in mind when I started so I just allowed my imagination to run wild, adding and taking away paint as I worked and letting the paint drip in an expressive way. I like the result very much and the final image feels very atmospheric and moody.
