Limited edition print/Red beaks and salmon pink legs of the oystercatcher

A limited edition print from an original mixed media painting by Orkney artist Jane Glue
printed on C-Type Matt paper in editions of 100 prints.

Oystercatchers are everywhere in Orkney and they often nest in the daftest places! They make a good subject as they allow you to get quite close. This picture is a mixture of my own collage using photographs and acrylic paint for the background.
