Limited edition print/Tall ship, Kirkwall pier

A limited edition print from a watercolour painting by Orkney artist Jane Glue
printed on C-Type Matt paper in three editions of 100 prints.

 This beautiful Norwegian tall ship used to visit Kirkwall regularly. You can just imagine the days when hundreds of these ships sailed in and around Orkney, it must have been a wonderful sight. This view of the Ayre mills or what used to be the Egg packing station until the big storm in 1952 when all the hen houses were blown away hasn't changed much over the years either.
