Recently I have been painting in a more abstract, expressive technique creating a multi layered effect with a mixture of mixed media materials such as acrylics, watercolours, collage,gesso and 'found' shells, driftwood, sea glass and pottery from Orkney's shoreline. This collection consists of my most recent work and as always, reflects the love of my home, Orkney, its landscape, history, flora and fauna.
