A limited edition print from a watercolour by Orkney artist Jane Glue
printed on C-Type Matt paper in an edition of 100 prints

 This image shows the ruin of the house of Clestrain in Stenness where Dr John Rae the famous Orkney arctic explorer lived as a boy. It is hoped that the house will become a museum in honour of his explorations and his discovery of the north west passage in Canada and the fate of Franklins lost expedition in the 1800's.
