Limited edition print/Flukes

A limited edition print from an original mixed media painting by Orkney artist Jane Glue.

Whales are a favourite mammal of mine and we are very lucky to have quite a few living in our surrounding water of the Orkney Isles. This picture is inspired by the whales 'fluke' or 'tail'. You can identify a whale by the marks on thier 'fluke'. I have used a mixture of vintage collage papers including an antique Orkney map and 1930's wallpaper mixed in with acrylics and  painted on to a hard wood canvas.

All prints are presented on Fuji Matt C-type paper.
