Limited edition print/Rainstorm over the Hoy Hills, Orkney

A limited edition print from a watercolour painting by Orkney artist Jane Glue
printed on C-Type Matt paper in a run of 100 prints of each size.

I have used my favourite colours of watercolour, indigo blue with a touch of indian yellow, not too much or it will go green to create this sky. I then used a wet sponge to take out a bit of colour from the sky when the paint is still wet to give a 'rainstorm' affect. I think it has worked pretty well.
