Limited edition print/WW2 ruins, Flotta

A limited edition print from a mixed media painting by Orkney artist Jane Glue
printed on C-Type Matt paper in three editions of 100 prints.

Orkney still has a lot of WW2  ruins and this old coastal defence building was on the island of Flotta where thousands of troops were based during the war. This picture was painted on a gorgeous Spring day and I have a special memory of a pod of dolphins following me as I walked along the coastline.
