Limited edition print/Heather colours at The Ring of Brodgar

A limited edition print in four sizes printed from an original mixed media painting by Orkney artist Jane Glue.

This picture of one half of Orkney's famouse neolithic circle, The Ring of Brodgar was painted during the month of August when the heather that surrounds the standing stones flowers encircling the ring with a purple haze. I have used a mixture of hand printed collage papers, gesso, black ink and acrylic paint for this original image.
