NEW! Original painting/Fishing boat, Stromness harbour

An original watercolour painting by Orkney artist Jane Glue.

I love all the wonderful colours that can be seen in Stromness harbour where all the small fishing boats moor. The yellow metal shapes of the railings along with the orange cabin roof of this boat against the greens and blues of the water along with the fishing buoy reflections  made a great colourful composition. Getting the perspective correct in this image was also  challenging but rewarding!

The overall size of this framed and glazed painting is 465X560mm. The image is size 260X350mm and is mounted with an ivory coloured mountboard 70mm wide. The pine wood moulding is 25mm wide and 30mm deep. THis framed picture comes ready to hang with fitted d- rings and cord attached to the back.
