Small ceramic tile/Oystercatcher on a fence post

A glossy ceramic tile printed with an image by Orkney artist Jane Glue.

Oystercatchers are one of my favourite wild birds. They often nest near the roadside and this watercolour is of a bird perched on a fence post next to a grassy field.

This tile is 105X105mm square and 6mm deep with a glossy waterproof surface. It is printed with an image by using a heat press and sublimation process here at my studio. The tile is gift boxed in a white eco friendly box with sliding lid size 135X135mm square and 15mm deep.
