Limited edition print/Winter sunlight at The Ring of Brodgar

A limited edition print from an original mixed media  painting by Orkney Jane Glue
printed on C-Type Matt paper in three editions of 100 prints.

Sometimes Orkney can be more beautiful in the wintertime such as on this spectacular day in early February. This image shows part of Orkneys stone circle, The Ring of Brodgar with Harray loch and the parish of Harray in the background. I really liked the reflections in the water of the loch from the surrounding landscape which I painted in watercolours.  I also glued some handmade collage to create texture on the Standing Stones.
