Limited edition print/Cow parsley sunset

A limited edition print from a watercolour painting by Orkney artist Jane Glue
printed on C-Type Matt paper in three editions of 100 prints.

 A few years ago I visited friends who own a large garden in Harray. As I was leaving  the sun was going down behind these cow parsley plants. The dark purple forms and shapes of the plants against the back drop of the brighter colours of the sunset made for a stunning image which was perfect to paint in the medium of watercolour.
